The easiest way to process a payment from a Gift or Reward/Referral card is to scan its barcode at POS. This will automatically pull up the customer record and allow you to enter the amount of the payment from the card.
NOTE: In the case of Referral cards, instead of pulling up the customer, it will open the Add a Customer window so they can be added.
To process Gift/Rewards card payment manually:
- Click the Gift/Reward Card button. The Gift/Reward Card window will appear.
- Enter the Card # and Tender Amount.
- Click OK to apply.
NOTES:
- For information on setting up a customer rewards program see Reward/Referral Program.
- Rewards cannot be used for initial deposits or payments, but can be used for final pick ups.
