Find and download the latest available vendor catalogs for The Edge, along with important updates and installation information.

Before You Import

Installing your catalogs is quick and easy to do on your own! To help you get started, we’ve provided step-by-step installation instructions on EdgeUser.com. Please review the instructions carefully (Click Here: Edge Catalogs), along with the helpful tips included here. In most cases, you’ll be able to complete the catalog installation yourself in just a few simple steps.

You must be running The Edge version 5.0101005 or newer.

You must import the new catalog while The Edge system is idle.

Do not import while POS transactions are occurring.

Do not import while inventory is being entered or edited or if reports are running.

The EdgeTX transfer program will synchronize the catalog data between stores.

Images sync separately and less frequently, typically 1x per day, so it may take longer before images are updated at all locations.

A login is required for accessing certain features on our EdgeUser website such as downloads and tutorial videos. Registering is quick and easy! Follow this link to register today (Registration)

You may need to add some categories to accommodate the new product. If you do, exit the import, add categories in The Edge, and start the import again to map the product to the new categories.

Important Note

If you have items from a vendor in inventory and never installed that vendor's catalog previously, you must FIRST contact Edge Support to ensure your items are being managed correctly as bulk. If you've never had that vendor's items in inventory prior to catalog installation OR have installed/used previous releases of that vendor's catalogs, you can install the catalog normally.
