9 June What's Next for The Edge Software? We'd Love Your Feedback June 9, 2026 By Angela Chiaravalle General Notice To our valued customers of the Edge, It was great connecting with many of you at JCK. I left energized by the conversations, the candid feedback, and the chance to celebrate Dick’s retirement. It was a meaningful reminder of the community you have helped build around The Edge and the trust more than 4,000 jewelers continue to place in the platform year after year. Whether we saw you at JCK or not, I wanted to share what I heard and how it is shaping the next chapter of The Edge. The message was clear: you rely on our deep, jewelry-specific functionality, and that is not changing. The Edge was built for jewelers, and preserving that depth is at the center of everything we do. At the same time, we know The Edge needs to keep evolving with the way jewelry stores actually work today. The work does not only happen at the register. It happens on the sales floor while an associate is curating pieces for a client. It happens after hours when your team is texting or DMing with clients about everything from custom orders to repairs. It happens at home at the end of the day, when you want to understand how your store performed and where the next opportunity is. And for multi-store jewelers, it means having customer, inventory, and performance data stay connected across locations. The next chapter of The Edge is about being there in those moments - combining the functionality you trust with a more modern, mobile & cloud-connected experience. Our goal is to expand what is possible with The Edge, not to disrupt what already works for your business. We are rapidly investing in our technology and development team at all levels and have already begun work on delivering many of these new features and capabilities. Over the next several months, you can expect updates on our progress. The Edge User Conference at the end of August will be an important moment for our community, where we’ll give you a closer look at the future of The Edge and show how we’re bringing this next chapter to life. We learned a lot about how our customers want us to evolve at JCK, but only a small portion of our community was able to attend. We want to hear from everyone.
