Automated Notifications: Edit / Delete / Undelete Rules


Edit

To edit an existing rule:

  1. Click Administrative > Automation Rules > Automation Rules.
  2. Double click on the rule or select it and click Edit Rule.
  3. Click Next to move through each step for this rule making any desired changes as you go.
  4. Click Finish on the final step to save your changes.

Delete

To delete an existing rule:

  1. Click Administrative > Automation Rules > Automation Rules.
  2. Select the rule and click the Delete Rule button at the bottom.
  3. Deleted rules will appear in red font and be hidden by default.  Use the Show Deleted checkbox at the bottom to see them.

Undelete

To undelete an existing deleted rule:

  1. Click Administrative > Automation Rules > Automation Rules.
  2. Check the Show Deleted checkbox at the bottom, then Edit the rule.
  3. Click Next through each step for this rule and then click Finish on the final step to activate the rule.
