After you have generated and saved your Customer List for mailings, you may next print mailing labels right from Edge by following the steps below.
NOTE: We are programmed for Avery 5160 Labels.
- Navigate to Clientele > Labels - which opens the Print Customer Labels box.
- Click on the arrow in the Customer Criteria drop down field.
- Select the Other Keys Tab.
- At the bottom of this tab, click "Group/Mailing List" and select one of your saved lists for your mailing.
- Click OK to get back to the Print Customer Labels box.
- In the Font box, click the arrow, and pick which lettering you want.
- Click OK - this brings up the label screen again.
- Then click OK again, which will bring up your Customer List for filtering.
• If you want to print labels for ALL CUSTOMERS, select the Check All button then click OK.
• Check or Uncheck any customers to add/remove from your mailing.
- Click OK to print your Mailing Labels.
NOTE: If you click PRINT LIST instead of OK, you will ONLY print your list of customers, not labels. You must click OK to print your labels.
