To remove an associate from Edge, you will need to mark them inactive. Marking an associate will remove them from drop-down selections found throughout Edge, but keep them linked to historical sales.
To mark an associate inactive:
- Go to Administrative > Associates > List.
- Double-click on the associate in question and check the box labeled "Inactive" to mark them inactive.
To view your inactive associates, again you will go Administrative > Associates > List, and check the box for Show Inactive Items.
