The Conversion Phases outline below was designed to help guide you through the Conversion process. The phases must be completed in order before moving on to the next phase in the process.
NOTE: A copy of this timeline is also emailed to the main contact on file upon purchase of the software from our Conversion Coordinator.
Initial Phase
- Discovery Agreement - must be signed
- Conversion Standards - must be signed
- Reconciliation Form - must be completed
Cannot proceed to the next phase without these returned to us
Discovery Phase
- Data pulled & qualified by Conversion Programmer
- Contract created with estimated delivery date
Cannot proceed to the next phase without these returned to us
Evaluation Phase
- Edge setup scheduled and performed
- Preliminary database delivered for your review
Cannot proceed to the next phase without these returned to us
Final Phase
- New copy of data pulled
- Final conversion run and delivered
- GO LIVE!
