The next phase of the Conversion Process begins with your data being pulled and then qualified by the Conversion Programmer assigned to your conversion.
Before you may begin the Discovery Phase of your Conversion, you must have first completed each step within the Initial Phase. The Conversion Coordinator will let you know if anything is missing preventing this phase, and your Conversion, from beginning.
Data Pull
The Conversion Coordinator will set an appointment with you to remotely connect to your PC and pull a copy of your data. They will walk you through the steps for a remote connection at the start of your appointment.
As noted in the Discovery Phase Agreement, you will be responsible for providing either the credentials for us to access the server that houses your data OR have already acquired the copy yourself for us to pull.
Data Qualifying
Once your data is in house, your Conversion Programmer will evaluate your data to make sure they have everything they need to start the conversion process. They will compare the data itself with the examples you provided during the Initial Phase documents, and determine if there is anything missing that may cause the conversion to fail. They will discuss with you what they have found that could be wrong and next steps to correct this.
