You can alter the phone number requirement in Edge to allow entry of more than 10 digits for international numbers.
To make this change, you will do so in your System Options.
- Navigate to Administrative > System Options > Customer Options.
- Locate the option named Validate That Phone Numbers Have 10 Digits.
- Set this to FALSE.
You will now be able to enter longer digit phone numbers to accommodate for international phone numbers.
