You have the ability change the starting field for a cursor in multiple Find Filters (for customers, items, and services) found throughout Edge, if desired.
To do so, you will navigate to:
- Customer > Find
- Inventory > Items > Find
- Services > Find
From these Find Filter windows, click on the PRESETS button > then Set Starting Field. In the drop-down field, you can select which field you would like the cursor to start in when using the filters.
