Exporting a List of All Customer Emails


Please follow the steps below to create your list:

  1. Go to Customer > Find.
  2. On the General tab:
    •  If you need ALL customers with an email, in the email field, type in =ANY (be sure to include the equal sign).
    •  Check all three boxes labeled as "Preferred" (phone, address, email).
     
  3. On the Results tab:
    •  Select "Each Individually" (if you want emails for spouse/primary separately)
    •  If you want one email per household - select "Couple".
     
  4. Click OK to produce your list.
  5. To Export your list, right click anywhere on your generated list and select Export.
  6. Name your exported file and select where you want to save it, then click Save
