Customer List for Mailings


To create a customer list for mailings:

  1. Click Customer > Find.
  2. On the General tab, check the boxes for Preferred Contact Methods Only (Phone / Address / Email / Social).
  3. In the Address field, type =ANY.
  4. Set other criteria as desired.  See Group / Mailing List: Examples for suggestions on the type of filtering you can use to target specific segments of customers.  For an explanation of all the available filters across the various tabs, see Customer Find.
  5. Click OK to generate the list.
  6. Click the Group / Mailing List button at the bottom and either create a new list or choose an existing list to append to.
