If the customer has a layaway, special order, repair, custom job, or appraisal that is ready to be picked up, the Pick Up button will be highlighted green.
- Layaways can be picked up at any time.
- Special orders are not available for pick up until they have been fulfilled.
- Repairs, custom jobs, and appraisals are available once they have been marked as done.
To complete a Pick Up:
- Open POS.
- Select the customer and click the Pick Up/Finish button. The Pick Up window will appear.

- Check one or more transactions to pick up and click OK. A sale line will appear for each pick up selected.
- Continue with sale or, if complete, enter payment details and click Done.
