February 22, 2022 By Angela Chiaravalle Downloads, Software Software, Downloads HOT FIX RELEASE 22.0.4.222 Corrective Changes 9564 Customers - Inactive Spouse causing Duplicate Records It was not possible to mark a spouse inactive without also setting the primary customer inactive. If you did this, and then went an set the primary customer active again, it would create duplicate customer records. Primary and spouse are now separated when one is marked inactive. 9578 Dashboards - Appointments Showing All Associates Dashboards set to display appointments were not honoring the associate filter and were instead showing appointments for all associates. 9698 Items - Adding Frequently Sold Items When adding inventory, if you checked the 'Frequently Sold Items' checkbox and then used the Save and New button to add a new item, the box would display on screen as still checked but upon saving the item it would become unchecked. 9733 RTV UOM Item - Incorrect Rounding When RTVing a measure of a UOM item, it was being rounded to the tenths place instead of the hundredths. 9746 Print Tags - 0 Quantity Bulk Selecting the option to 'Include All Items' and then using the Item Filter to hide out of stock bulk did not work and tags would still be generated for items with 0 quantity. 9749 Multi-Store HQ - POS Access It was possible to open POS on a multi-store workstation set to HQ if you used the Return Item button from a Customer's Activity tab. HQ workstations have POS access disabled. 9764 Customers - Hide Contact and Activity Option Enabling this option on a customer was not being honored throughout the software and there were areas where this information could still be accessed. 9768 Dashboards - Horizontal Line Gauge If you created a Dashboard tile using the Horizontal Line Gauge and set a goal of 1, the line would extend off the tile. 9770 Scanning Vendor Barcodes Using vendor barcodes would fail for some vendors.
