Each appointment will have its own tile in the corresponding timeslot on the calendar. Double click the tile to open the appointment record.
To create new appointments:
- Double click on an empty timeslot on the calendar. The Add Appointment window will appear.
- Specify Associate, Customer, and Contact Method.
- Add any additional Details and change the date/time if desired.
- Click OK/Save & Close.
To edit an existing appointment:
- Double click on the appointment tile.
- Make any desired changes.
- Click OK/Save & Close.
