Double click an Occasions tile to open a list of customers with occasions (birthdays or anniversaries) on the selected date.
To email customers:
- Select the customers you wish to email.
- Click the Email Customers button. The Email Customers window will appear prefilled with selected customers' email addresses.
- Enter a Subject and Body.
- Click OK to send the email.
To add customers to a group/mailing list:
- Select the customers you wish to add to the group/mailing list.
- Click the Group/Mailing button. The Pick a Group/Mailing list window will appear.
- Select an existing list to add the selected customers or click New List to create a new Group/Mailing List for the selected customers.
- Click OK to save your list.
