The setup for using this feature consists of setting associate permissions to define who can set a customer to be hidden and who can view the hidden contact information.
To setup the Associate Permissions:
- Go to Administrative > Associates > Associate List.
- Highlight desired associate and click Edit.
- Navigate to Security and search “Hidden” to find the 2 available permissions:

Gives the associate the ability check the Hide Contact Information and Activity checkbox on a customer's Options tab |

Gives the associate the ability to unhide contact details and activity using the Supervisor button on the customer record |
