Hidden Contacts: Setup


The setup for using this feature consists of setting associate permissions to define who can set a customer to be hidden and who can view the hidden contact information.

To setup the Associate Permissions:

  1. Go to Administrative > Associates > Associate List.
  2. Highlight desired associate and click Edit.
  3. Navigate to Security and search “Hidden” to find the 2 available permissions:
Change the hidden status for customer contact information Gives the associate the ability check the Hide Contact Information and Activity checkbox on a customer's Options tab
See hidden customer contact information Gives the associate the ability to unhide contact details and activity using the Supervisor button on the customer record
