Add Signature for Job Approvals/Receipts


There is not a way to add a signature line/disclaimer specifically for intake sales on the customer's sale receipt. You can add a disclaimer specifically for jobs on the CLAIM CHECK copy of the receipt you would give the customer.

In order to do this, you will need to enable using the claim check if you have not done so already.

To enable the claim check:

  • Administrative > System Options > Repair Options > Repair Claim Check - set this to TRUE.

To make a signature line:

  • Administrative > System Options > Repair Options > Repair Claim Check Fine Print - you will type your wording here.

Here you would need to make the signature line and can add specific wording above it, as seen in the example below:
