Special Orders typically consist of:
- Initial intake at POS
- Completion of work in the back office
- Final pick up at POS
In the interim between intake and pick up, payments can be made against any outstanding balance. The order will not be available for pick up until it has been fulfilled with one or more items. Upon pick up, any outstanding balance will be due.
