Appraisals Overview


Appraisals typically consist of three steps:

  1. Initial intake
  2. Completion of work in back office
  3. Pick up

In the interim between intake and pick up, payments can be made against any outstanding balance. The appraisal will not be available for pick up until it has been marked as done. Upon pick up, any outstanding balance will be due.

NOTE:  The "Appraisal Pick Up Only When Marked Done" System Option controls the mark as done requirement. Set this to false to pick up appraisals at any time. Doing so will mark the appraisal as done at the same time it is picked up.
