We have a System Option which will automatically give the customer a store credit when their consignment item sells.
To enable this option:
- Go to Administrative > System Options > Consignment Options.
- Find the one labeled Consignor Store Credit:
- If this is set to True, it will issue a store credit.
- If this is set to False, a store credit will not automatically be applied.
