Processing Store Credit/Credit Memo Transactions

If a customer has a Store Credit this button will be highlighted green.

To process a Store Credit payment:

  1. Click the Store Credit button. The Credit Memo Tender window will appear.

     
  2. Enter the amount of credit to use.
  3. Click OK to apply.
