Follow the steps below to transfer Gift Certificate credit from one customer to another:
- We recommend bringing up the Customer that currently holds the credit memo at POS.
- Select the Sell Gift Cert button on the right hand side.
- Enter the recipient you want to transfer the credit to.
- Enter the amount of the credit you want to transfer and
- Select the Credit Memo button to pay for the purchase of the Gift Certificate.
This will automatically apply the credit to the recipient's account, and also give you a paper trail of the transfer transaction.
