The Simple List report is an alternative to printing the listed results in the Find Customer function. It returns basic customer information and also includes a total tender activity to date. In the report query, you can specify whether customers should be listed as couples or individuals.

Data fields in the Simple List report include:

The customer’s ID number.

Customer Name and Address

The customer’s contact information.

The customer’s phone number.

Entered
|
The date of the customer’s first activity.

Tender$
|
The amount the customer has spent with the specified store in the specified time frame.

There is the option to include the spouse’s name.
