Lenny Prion, Director of Operations and Education for The Edge, will be hosting a special FREE two-hour Edge training session in conjunction with the 2026 Georgia Jewelers Association Annual Convention.

Better CRM with The Edge

You already have valuable information about your customers inside The Edge. The question is: Are you putting that information to work?

During this session, Lenny will explore practical ways to use The Edge as a more effective CRM tool to better understand your customers, improve follow-up, identify sales opportunities, create more targeted outreach, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

We'll look beyond simply collecting customer information and discuss ways to turn the data already in The Edge into actionable opportunities for your sales team and your business.

Attend the GJA Convention Too!

The training is being offered in conjunction with the Georgia Jewelers Association Annual Convention, October 2–4.

Current GJA members are encouraged to attend the full convention and take advantage of the weekend's education, networking, and industry connections.

Not currently a GJA member? You're welcome too!

The convention is a great opportunity to meet other jewelers, learn more about the Georgia Jewelers Association, and experience firsthand what the organization offers the jewelry community.

But attending the convention or joining GJA is not required to participate in the Edge training.

Attend the full GJA Convention and join us for the Edge training Sunday morning.

Attend the free Edge training and stay for the GJA convention luncheon immediately afterward.

Come for just the free Edge training from 9:30–11:30 AM.
