Customer records can be linked together to form a couple. This gives you the ability to track, report, and market to them individually or as a joined account.
Linked accounts will always share:
- Rewards
- House Account / Credit balances
- Notes
- Customer Ranking
They can share or view individually:
- Contact methods, such as phone numbers and emails
- Services transactions, such as layaways and repairs
- Opportunities
- Wish Lists
- Purchase history (Activity and Merchandise tabs)
- Appointments
- Customer history
And they will always maintain separate data for:
- Sizing
- Other Keys such as acquisition, group/mailing lists, and assigned associate
