Customer Notes: Editing / Deleting


To edit or delete an existing note:

  1. Edit the customer and click on the Notes tab.
  2. Select the note and click Edit or double click on the note.
  3. Click Edit to make changes or Delete to delete this note.
  4. Save your changes.
NOTE:  Deleted notes can be viewed by checking the Show Inactive box.
