Customer Record: Notes Tab


The Notes tab contains all notes for both the primary customer and their spouse/partner.  There is an option on each note to set it to automatically pop-up at POS when the customer is selected.  

Notes can be categorized using different colors to make them easily distinguishable.  Additionally, each separate note can have images and files attached to it.

Options and buttons on the Notes tab include:

Filter by Category Only see notes from selected category.  Leave blank to see all notes.
Search Only see notes that contain this text.
Add Add a new note.
Edit Edit an existing note.
Show Inactive Show deleted notes.
Export / Print Print or Export notes.
