Can I Mass RTV Bulk Inventory Items?
No, you can ONLY do a mass RTV of fine jewelry items in your system. If you are looking to RTV a whole vendor of bulk items such as Pandora, and you have them entered under a bulk pricing method as is most common, you will need to follow the steps below.
Steps to RTV Bulk Items
- Go to Inventory > Items > Find.
- Enter the vendor for which you are looking to RTV items for in the Vendor box and click OK.
- Once you have clicked OK to pull up your list of items, the easiest way to accomplish the task of RTV your items is to first click on the first item on your list.
- You will then go to the Quantities tab, and from here click Supervisor > RTV.
- Enter the amount to RTV, then click the next arrow (the single arrow) on the bottom.
NOTE: Going to the Quantities tab first allows you to see how many items you currently have on hand to help make this process easier. Clicking the next arrow saves you time, as it automatically saves the record for you and move you directly to the quantity tab of the next item record.
