For inventory items, the default is to exclude the vendor name and style from the description/receipts.
You can setup category description templates on each category individually.
This will make it so the information you would like to show in the description will appear when you use the SUGGEST button on the item record.
From there, you can edit the description if needed.
To edit the category description templates:
- Go to Inventory > Categories > List.
- Double click on the category you want to make changes to.
- Visit the Description Template tab.
Here you can expand the ITEM FIELDS on the left hand side, select the details you want to show then INSERT them into your item description template.
