After the transaction is completed at POS, BriteCo Quick Appraisals can be accessed from either the Customer or Services menu the same way as regular Appraisals.
Customer Record
When accessed from a Customer Record, a BriteCo Quick Appraisal will be clearly marked as a “Quick Appraisal” in the Description column as shown in the example below:

Services Menu
BriteCo Appraisals can be accessed through the Services menu just like any regular Appraisal by navigating to Services > Find > Appraisals and entering search criteria to locate your desired Appraisal.
The Appraisal Edit screen will open on the General tab, with a new BriteCo button that, when clicked, will upload the Appraisal information to BriteCo.

From the Details tab, same as with the Appraisal Intake screen, you can conveniently import all relevant Appraisal documentation from BriteCo by providing the BriteCo ID in the BriteCo ID box.
Make sure BriteCo Appraisal is selected under Appraisal Type, which will activate the BriteCo ID field, then enter the BriteCo ID into the box and click the Save icon.
