BriteCo Appraisals at POS: Appraisal Intake


BriteCo Appraisals works just like any regular Appraisal Intake at POS. You will find the customer and select the associate, as normal, then click the Appraisal Intake button. 

You will notice new BriteCo buttons at the bottom of your intake screen.

enlightenedIf you are a BriteCo customer and do NOT see these BriteCo buttons on your Appraisal Intake screen, please verify that you have installed your new license that reflects your BriteCo subscription and have activated the BriteCo System Options.

  • New BriteCo – Redirects you to BriteCo to start a new Appraisal directly through BriteCo. Once saved, it can then be imported and completed through Edge. 


     
  • Import BriteCo – Allows you to import Appraisals from BriteCo into Edge using the BriteCo ID located in the ID column from the In Progress section on the Appraisals tab of your BriteCo Dashboard.




    When you click OK, the new Is Already Done checkbox will automatically appear checked, and the information from BriteCo will populate the corresponding fields on the Appraisal Intake screen. This includes attaching the BriteCo Appraisal Document in the new Appraisal Document field, which you can print conveniently from the intake screen using the new Print button that will appear when the document is attached.

     

Click Save & Close to complete your transaction or click Save & New to follow the steps above to add a new, additional Appraisal to your transaction.
