The Edge and Podium want to make sure your customers are not overburdened with requests which helps protect the relationship built with your customers. If a customer has been sent a request from your store within 60 days, you will be notified that the customer has already been sent a request and should not be sent another. You can increase this number in System Options.
Send Payment Requests to Customers Using Podium Card Readers and/or Via Text Message Links Directly to Customer’s Phone
Collect payments from customers seamlessly by integrating Podium with The Edge. You can easily complete transactions in The Edge and utilize Podium Payments with our card readers. The integration also gives the ability to send out text messages to your customers with payment links to complete their transaction all on their phone.
