Why Ins Missing from POS


If your Why Ins are no long showing in the drop down at point of sale (POS), it might be caused by the "Show Until" dates on your Why Ins which is set when you originally created them. This can cause your Why Ins to "expire", meaning they will no longer show as options in your POS.

To verify/adjust the Show Until dates on your Why Ins:

  1. Navigate to Administrative > Promotions/Why In.
  2. If nothing is currently showing here, or the options you need aren't currently showing, select "Show Inactive" on the bottom. This should load any Why Ins which are expired in your system.
  3. Double click on the Why In and extend both the End and Show Until dates.

Return to POS and verify your missing Why Ins are showing as options in the drop down.
