Why Question Marks Show on Job Envelope


Q:  Why does the job envelope print with question marks?

A:  This is likely because the ETA is marked "estimated" on this job, so where the ETA should print it is currently printing question marks. 

Once you uncheck ETA is estimated, you can print a new job envelope. 

On the job record under Services > Find > Job - select Save & Print > Job Envelope.
