Though there is no specific setup required to use this feature, it is important to review the System Options and Associate Permissions.
Any associate can add a Wish to a customer. There is no specific permission required, though the associate will be asked to enter their login for tracking purposes.
System Options
Wish List Commission Split |
Defines how commission is split when a Wish List item is sold
100 = 100% commission to the associate that processed the sale
0 = 100% commission to the associate that added the Wish
Enter a number between 0 and 100. 40, for example, would award 40% commission to the associate that processed the sale and 60% to the associate that entered the Wish |
Wish List Deletion Options |
Controls who can delete Wishes
Any = No permission required, anyone can delete
Permission = Associate must have Delete a Wish List Item permission
Override = Associate must have Delete a Wish List Item permission and will be required to provide Override notes |
Wish List Pop-Ups for Style Sale |
Set this to True if you want the system to check the vendor and vendor style # of the items on this sale against open Wishes for this customer
If a match is found, it will offer to update the Wish to use the item number from this sale and mark the Wish as Bought |
