Wishes can be added to POS directly from the Customer Wish List screen or from the Wishes tab of the Customer Display.
Additionally, existing Wishes will be automatically fulfilled if:
- You sell a customer an item that is directly linked to one of their open Wishes.
- You have the System Option Wish List Pop-Ups for Style Sale set to True and sell a customer an item that has the same vendor/vendor style as one of their open Wishes, but the Wish is linked to a different Edge item #.
To add a Wish to POS:
- Go to POS and Find the customer.
- Click Wish List > Show my Wish List Items, select the Wish, and click Buy Now.
- If this Wish is linked to an item # that is no longer in stock, a window will pop prompting you to select an alternate item or start a special order intake.
To add a Wish to POS from the Customer Display:
- Go to POS and Find the customer.
- Click the Wish tab on the sidebar on the right.
- Click the Buy Item button on the Wish (Shopping Cart with a Plus sign).
- If this Wish is linked to an item # that is no longer in stock, a window will pop prompting you to select an alternate item or start a special order intake.
