In order to issue Gift Certificates, you first need to enable them in Edge if they have not been enabled already.
You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to Administrative > System Options > Gift Certificate Options.
- Find the "Enable Gift Certificate Button at POS" option.
- Set this option to TRUE.
NOTE: You may also customize your Gift Certificate layout under Gift Certificate Options, including fonts & borders.
