Contact Methods: Notifications


The Customer Notifications window will appear when setting the Notify option on a repair, custom job, special order, or appraisal.  This indicates how the customer wishes to be notified.

The window will display all phone numbers and emails for this customer.  Use the My Contact Methods / All Contact Methods toggle to also include spouse/partner contact methods.

Select the desired notification method and click OK.  If necessary, use the +Phone and +Email buttons to add new contact methods directly from here.

Phone numbers will appear twice.  The option with the phone icon indicates an associate should call while the option with the cell phone and text bubble icon will set this to automatically text the customer when the job is complete.
