The Edge supports both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
NOTE: QuickBooks Online requires Windows 10 or better.
Already integrated but want to switch from Desktop to Online?
- Open Administrative > QuickBooks > Setup QuickBooks Integration.
- Click Switch to QuickBooks Online.
- Complete QuickBooks Online setup below.
- WARNING: You WILL need to re-map your entire chart of accounts.
QuickBooks Online Integration
To integrate with QuickBooks Online:
- Launch The Edge.
- Select Administrative > QuickBooks > Setup QuickBooks Integration.
- Change the radio selector to QuickBooks Online and click the Authenticate with QuickBooks Online button.
- Complete login into QuickBooks Online and select your company file.
- Once Intuit completed authentication you will be brought to a webpage prompting you to return to The Edge, do so now.
- Click Authenticate with Edge Server.
- Continue to Mapping The Edge with QuickBooks Accounts section.
