Spouse / Partner: Unlinking


You can remove a Spouse/Partner directly from the Customer record or Customer Display.

From the Customer record:

  1. Find and Edit the Primary customer or lookup the Spouse/Partner and click the Switch to Spouse button at the bottom.
  2. Click Supervisor > Remove Spouse/Partner.
  3. A confirmation window will appear stating all balances will end up on the Primary customer's account.  Click Yes.
  4. Save your changes.

From the Customer Display:

  1. Find the Primary customer at POS.
  2. Click the General tab on the Customer Display.
  3. Click the Remove Spouse button at the bottom.
  4. A confirmation window will appear stating all balances will end up on the Primary customer's account.  Click Yes.
