The Customer Record contains all the information about each of your customers. For couples, records can be linked using the Spouse/Partner fields. Throughout the software, you will be given the option to treat these linked, or joined, accounts separately or together.
Customer Records are accessible from the following places:
Customer Find |
Use Customer > Find or Find Cust at POS to bring up an existing customer record. |
Customer Add |
Use Customer > Add or New Cust at POS to create a new customer record. |
POS |
After selecting a customer, double click on their name to open the customer record. |
Other Records |
There are buttons on other records, such as service jobs, sold items, associate tasks, etc. that will open the customer record. |
Reports |
Reports that display customers include hyperlinks to open the customer record, for example clicking on a customer on the Daily Activity Report will open their record. |
