Pulling List of Newly Entered Emails

NOTE: There is not a direct way to pull JUST a list of newly entered emails, but the steps below will get you closest to this desired list.

The closest list you can create for new emails is to either run a list of newly entered customers for your desired timeframe with an email on file, or alternatively you can run your list with Date Modified. Running it with Date Modified will give you a list of customers with records that have been modified during your desired timeframe, also with emails on file.

Please follow the steps below to create your list:

  1. Go to Customer > Find.
  2. On the General tab: Check all three boxes labeled as "Preferred" (phone, address, email).
  3. In the email field, type in =ANY (be sure to include the equal sign).
  4. Click the Dates tab and enter your desired date rage under Date Entered OR Date Modified (to run as Date Modified as described above).
  5. Then click OK to produce your list.
  6. You can then choose to Export your list, once generated, by right clicking anywhere on your list and selecting Export.
  7. Name your exported file and select where you want to save it, then click Save
