Error: The value for column 'itRetailPrice' in table 'qItemFindWithSlAssCol' is DBNull.


This error message typically means there is a MISSING RETAIL on one of the items on the report you were running at the time the error message occurred.

First Steps to Resolve Error Message

As a first step in bypassing this error message, you will follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Items > Find - then input the same criteria you did for the report you were attempting to run when the error occurred and push OK.
  2. You will then SORT the resulting list of items by the Retail Price column, and fill in any of the items which are missing a price.
  3. Once you have filled in all of the missing prices, you will return to the report you were running at the time the error message occurred and run the report again.

NOTE:  To quickly rerun your report with the same criteria, click Presets > Most Recent Settings - which will automatically fill in the search criteria entered the last time running this report.
